Pascal Gugenberger

Pascal Gugenberger works as an Agile Coach, Consultant and Certified Scrum Trainer at Colenet. He started adopting Agile practices in 2002 and obtained his CSM in 2005. Pascal has studied in Berlin, Germany and Berkeley, CA, obtaining a degree of computer Science from Humboldt University of Berlin.

During his agile career, Pascal has helped a wide range of companies ranging from 20 to 140.000 employees from sectors like Insurance, Banking, Media, Energy, or Education, in their struggle to become more agile.

Pascal uses an interactive and visual teaching style that applies modern adult learning practices like training from the back of the room and visual facilitation. His visual and experience-based training style creates an engaging learning experience designed to maximize the retention rate and to ease the transfer of the gained skills an insights into everyday work life.

More than 20 years of practicing, coaching and leading agile teams and organizational transformations provide a rich foundation for him draw from in his trainings and coaching engagements. His background as Software Developer, iSAQB certified Software Architect, Certified LeSS Practitioner and a decade of product development experience enable him to optimally support small and large software development efforts in their quest for high value and high quality software. 

Pascal is an active member of the DACH (German speaking) chapter of the Scrum Alliance and founder of the CSP-DACH user group.
